This past weekend, our chiropractors attended trainings to increase their knowledge and understanding of best chiropractic care in Dubuque. While in Minnesota, Dr. Jack D. Hinderman had the opportunity to learn from a group of Epic Pediatric professionals. Not only did they emphasize their visions of societal change in regard to health and wellness, but they stressed the importance of beginning the journey to difference by focusing on the health of young children.

What Do We Mean By This?

Take the flu, for instance. Instead of trying to avoid the cold and flu once it is prominent, it is much more powerful to strategize and plan ahead of time to create a healthier body and internal environment that can resist such illness.

Back to School Events

Family First Chiropractic Wellness Center is gearing up for an upcoming Foundations class as well as many other events! For the entire month of August, we are committed to helping our community prepare for the school year ahead.

In addition to participating in a fundraiser to help supply school supplies to local children in need, we are also doing a backpack fitting workshop on Tuesday, August 11th at 10:00 a.m. There, we will evaluate the type of backpack your child plans to wear to school each day and help them come up with effective strategies to reduce physical stress from the excess weight.
